As a wedding interpreter I can help you organize the ceremony by communicating effectively with suppliers and wedding planners who don’t speak your language.

This way your interactions with the people organising and setting up your wedding – and everything in between – will go smoothly and you’ll understand each other perfectly. You can rest easy known that the wedding will be exactly as you imagined.

How it works

Contact:

Quote:

I’ll send you a quote setting out in detail the services I offer, any additional services, and payment arrangements.

Confirmation and payment:

confirm by email that you’re taking on my services, letting me know the number of hours you want, and make the agreed payment. Then we can get to work!

Agree meeting dates and times:

arrange the date, time, and platform for all the meetings with your suppliers at least 72 hours in advance, so I can get them in my diary.

We meet online (or in person):

I’ll be there at the agreed time, ready to translate out loud between you, your partner, and the suppliers.

We calculate the hours:

we deduct the hours used from the package you’ve bought, depending on how long the meeting lasts.

How much it costs

Interpreting at meetings with suppliers is available in packages starting from one hour, which can be used in 30-minute segments. 30 minutes is the minimum billable time, so if a meeting lasts 45 minutes, one hour is deducted from your package. A one-hour package is €150.00, a five-hour package is €650.00, and a ten-hour package is €1,200.00 (plus VAT) for online meetings.
