Meeting the happy couple takes a lot of work and if you also have to sell yourself in a different language it can become a real slog, meaning you might not get the outcome you want.

Let me help you: I can be there when you first meet the foreign couple, in person or online, until the day of the wedding. I’ll be your guardian angel, translating between Italian and English, French, or German.

How it works

Contact:

write to me using the contact form and let me know what you need.

Quote:

I’ll send you a quote setting out the services I think best suit your needs, including any additional services, conditions, and payment arrangements.

Confirmation and payment:

confirm the package you want and pay the agreed amount. Then it’s official: I’m your interpreter!

Arrange meetings:

together we’ll agree on the date and time of meetings. Meetings need to be arranged at least 72 hours in advance so I can clear my diary. If you want me there with you on the wedding day, we’ll book in the date for the big day.

Preparing to interpret:

depending on the meeting topic and the materials you’ll be presenting, I’ll study the documents you send me and learn any terminology needed. If you want me there with you on the wedding day, we’ll look at the schedule in detail together and think about any issues that could come up (and how to avoid them!)

Getting down to it:

we’ll meet the couple on the day and time agreed and I’ll be by your side for the entire meeting or wedding. Working as a team, we’ll get the results you need!

How much it costs

You can buy interpreting services at meetings with couples in packages starting from one hour, which can be used in 30-minute segments. 30 minutes is the minimum billable time, so if a meeting lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes, two hours are deducted from your package.

1 hour:

€150.00 (plus VAT)

5 hours:

€650.00 (plus VAT)

10 hours:

€1,200.00 (plus VAT)
